Features of Docusend

    Transferring of paper documents to the electronic files takes place with a scanner; the documents are filed to the database; a client/server version is also available
  • Processing of several companies possible
  • The document can be given different kinds of identification data, such as name, type, series, dates, number and optional description
  • Common identification data can be input in document groups
  • The series, types, and groups used can be freely named company-specific
  • The documents can be sorted, for example, by numbering or dates and groups or a single document can be extracted from the data
  • Search for a document by the number or name
  • The data is transferred from one place to another in one file, for example, as an email attachment or as an FTP transfer

System requirements for Docusend

  • Basic requirement: PC running Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP
  • The size of RAM and disk space is dependent on the size of the file being processed, however, we recommend a RAM of at least 128 MB
  • For document reading, a TWAIN-compatible scanner
  • For using of built-in transfer functions, an Internet-connection is needed

Trial version

You can download a trial version of Docusend from the trial versions page which is identical to the full version with the following restrictions:
- With the exception of the example table, the document tables are emptied when exiting the program.
- When importing documents from the document package, the document package is deleted automatically.
- The demo version is intended ONLY for learning to use the program and its features
